The site and what it is
This is a static marketing and documentation site for a small software studio. It describes the studio, its apps, and its shipping log. There is no account, no login, and no purchase on this site. The apps themselves are separate products, distributed through third-party app stores and governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and share the pages of this site. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes another person's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, for example by scraping at a rate that degrades service for others, or by attempting to inject code; or
- copy the site's original content and present it as your own.
User-generated content
This website does not host user accounts, comments, forums, uploads, or any other form of user-generated content. There is nothing for you to post, and we do not collect or publish submissions here. If that ever changes, we will update these terms first. Any content you create inside one of our apps is governed by that app's own terms, not by these.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, page design, logos, the WizusLabs wordmark, illustrations, and other studio material — is owned by WizusLabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our permission. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.
Third-party links, stores, and apps
The site links to third-party destinations, including app stores and the individual apps we publish. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by these terms:
- App stores (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play) set the terms under which you download and use our apps.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services.
